Preheat the oven at 165C
Blend the strawberries to a smooth paste and keep aside
Greece a 6 inch pan with oil and line the bottom with a baking sheet
In a large bowl add yogurt, milk, oil & sugar and combine well
Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Fold with a spatula or a whisk until well combined, Now add the strawberry pure and mix well.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin, and bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down, Frost with white chocolate Ganache or cream cheese frosting
